法律翻譯有哪些禁用詞不能出現？

　　1、在法律新聞稿件中涉及到如下對象時不宜公開報道其真實的姓名：

　　1. It is inappropriate to publicly report the real names of the following subjects in legal press releases:

　　(1)犯罪嫌疑人的家屬;

　　(1) The family members of the suspect;

　　(2)案件所涉及到的未成年人;

　　(2) The minors involved in the case;

　　(3)案件所涉及到的婦女和兒童;

　　(3) Women and children involved in the case;

　　(4)采用人工受精等其他輔助生育手段的孕、產婦;

　　(4) Pregnant and lying-in women who use artificial fertilization and other assisted reproductive means;

　　(5)嚴重的傳染病患者;

　　(5) Patients with serious infectious diseases;

　　(6)精神病患者;

　　(6) Psychiatric patients;

　　(7)被暴力脅迫賣淫的婦女;

　　(7) Women who are coerced into prostitution by violence;

　　(8)艾滋病患者;

　　(8) AIDS patients;

　　(9)有吸毒史或是被強制戒毒的人員。

　　(9) Persons with a history of drug abuse or compulsory detoxification.

　　涉及這些人時，法律翻譯稿件中可使用其真實的姓氏加“某”字指代，如“張某”、“李某”，不宜使用化名。

　　When referring to these people, legal translation manuscripts can use their real surname plus the word "certain", such as "Zhang Mou" and "Li Mou", and should not use aliases.

　　2、對于刑事案件的當事人來說，在法院宣判其有罪之前，不能使用“罪犯”，而應該使用“犯罪嫌疑人”。

　　3、在民事和行政案件當中，原告和被告的法律地位是平等的，原告可以起訴，被告也可以反訴。不能使用原告“將某某推上被告席”等這樣帶有主觀色彩性的句子。

　　4. In legal translation manuscripts, it is forbidden to use "a certain Party committee decides to dismiss or dismiss a government cadre from office" or "a certain Party committee suggests that a certain Party committee should be dismissed or dismissed from office".

　　7、在案件報道當中指稱“小偷”、“強奸犯”等時，不要使用其社會身份作為前綴。如：一個曾經是工人的小偷，不能翻譯成“工人小偷”;一名教授作了案，不要翻譯成“教授罪犯”。

　　7. When alleging "thieves" or "rapists" in case reports, do not use their social identity as a prefix. For example, a former worker's thief can not be translated into "worker's thief"; a professor has committed a crime and should not be translated into "professor's criminal".

　　8、法律翻譯稿件中涉及到國務院機構中的審計署的正副行政首長可翻譯成“審計長”、“副審計長”，不能翻譯成“署長”、“副署長”。

　　8. The chief executive and deputy chief executive officers of the Audit Office in the institutions of the State Council involved in the legal translation manuscripts may be translated into "the Auditor-General" or "the Deputy Auditor-General", but not "the Director-General" or "the Deputy Director-General".

　　9、各級檢察院的“檢察長”不能翻譯成“檢察院院長”。
